We are seeking an exceptional Pastry Assistant to join our Culinary Team.Responsibilities:Assist with Production and Presentation of Pastry and Baked GoodsEfficiently follows recipes and guidelines for productionFollows all guidelines for food safety and sanitationQualifications:Experience working in a high volume production setting (baking or savory)Experience utilizing a scale, standing mixer and other related equipmentAbility to read and execute a recipe multiple times with accuracy, without direct supervisionStrong Organization SkillsAbility to work well independently and with a teamAbility to standfor long periods of time Ability to carry up to 50#Flexible work scheduleServsafe certification preferred
